V. K. AGARWAL, J. ( 1 ) THEY are heard finally. Crime No. 376/94 for offences punishable u/ sections 395/397 of the IPC has been registered by P. S. Seoni-Malwa, District Hoshangabad against the accused! appellant and other co-accused. ( 2 ) IT is alleged that robbery took place on the road near village Hekna. Rs. 1,400/- were recovered from the accused/appellant on his memorandum. Though he was put to identification parade, it does not appear that he was identified by any of the witnesses. The learned Counsel for the petitioners says that Ram Bilas, who was identified in the identification parade has been released on bail by order dated 19-3-1996 in Misc. Cr. Case No. 650/96. It is also urged that the accused/appellant is in jail since 18-1-1995. ( 3 ) CONSIDERING the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition for bail is allowed. It is directed that the accused! appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of C. J. M. , Hoshangabad for his appearance in the Trial Court on each date of hearing, till final disposal of the trial. C. C. be given as per rules. Petition allowed. .
