JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Swaraj Kaushal, learned counsel appearing for the Delhi Pollution Control Committee states that in case notices as directed by this Court have not been issued to any of the noxious/hazarduous industries, the same shall be issued within one week. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Central Pollution Control Board states that he would give copies of the two reports to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee today. The reports have been handed over to him in the Court. Mr.Kaushal states that the Committee shall also issue notices to the noxious/hazarduous industries indentified in these reports. 3. To come up on March 20, 1996.
