JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. It appears that a dispute over some piece of land led the parties to come to blows and they assaulted each other causing injuries to several persons on both sides. The applicant and the co-accused Vikram Singh are stated to have caused injuries with some fire arms to the prosecution witnesses. The prosecution witnesses are also alleged to have caused injuries with like arms to the members of the accused party. 3. It is alleged on behalf of the applicant that co-accused Vikram Singh has already been admitted on bail and that the case against the present applicant is not different from that of Vikram Singh co-accused. It was further submitted that the prosecution witnesses were involved in a larger number of similar cases in Uttar Pradesh and that they were taken away by Uttar Pradesh Police in connection with such cases. It was further submitted that the piece of land which is stated to have become the kernel of dispute between the parties is possessed by the applicant and his party and that the prosecution witnesses had come from outside only to disposes the accused party. The injury reports of the persons sustaining injuries in the said incident were also placed before me. 4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of either of the parties, I direct that the applicant Mahavir s/o Chandra Singh shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearing in that Court on all dates of hearing.Bail Allowed. *******
