JUDGMENT : 1. The earlier order dated 1st March, 1996, relating to safe custody of the documents would apply to all documents which have been seized or are seized hereafter or collected or to be collected hereafter by the C.B.I., in addition to the documents covered by Paragraph I of the earlier order dated 1.3.1996. 2. In regard to all documents which are in the custody of the Special Judge, the C.B.I. shall take steps to obtain appropriate directions for making full compliance of the directions given by this court. 3. The learned Solicitor General stated that one data cartridge tape containing copies of all user files have been taken and deposited in the court of the Special Judge on 9.2.96 alongwith three small (3½") floppies. This is the description given of the seizure which is referred to in Para IV of the earlier order dated 1.3.96. Learned Solicitor General also submitted that copies would be made electronically of the same and kept in safe custody in the same manner as the floppies in Para III of the order dated 1.3.96 with the necessary affidavit of A responsible officer. It is made clear that in addition to the above requirement, no separate print out of the same is required to be kept. 4. Learned Solicitor General also informs us that some more computer material has been seized but nothing of any significance has been found therein so far. 5. One set of the details of documents seized/collected by the C.B.I. was produced before us by the learned Solicitor General. We direct that the same be kept in safe custody in a sealed cover by the Registrar (Judicial) - Shri L.C. Bhadoo. 6. Learned Solicitor General informs us that a charge-sheet has been filed in the court of the Special Judge against Shri Madan Lal Khurana. List the matters on 9.4.96 at 4.00 p.m.
