JUDGMENT : 1. The learned Additional Solicitor General submitted that the District Judge is not proceeding with the enquiry in view of the pendency of this matter. We make it clear that the pendency of this matter would not inhibit the District Judge from making the enquiry. We also request the learned District judge to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and preferably before the end of June, 1996. The report of the enquiry be sent by the District Judge to this court. 2. List the matter on 26.7.96.
