JUDGMENT 1. Shri A.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the Archaeological Survey of India requests four weeks' time for filing a counter affidavit. 2. As this Writ Petition raises certain fundamental questions with respect to grant of vast extents on nominal amount to such clubs and for long periods and also those relating to preservation of Ancient Monuments, it is better that the matter is posted on a non-miscellaneous day for hearing. 3. List this matter after five weeks on a Tuesday.
