JUDGMENT : 1. We consider it appropriate that the Director, C.B.I. and the Revenue Secretary to the Government of India are also to remain present in person at the hearing of this matter. In addition, the Commissioner of Delhi Police alongwith the concerned officer of his force are also to remain present at the next hearing. 2. List the matters on 2.4.96 at 2.00 p.m.
