JUDGMENT 1. S/Shri P.P. Rao and R.K. Jain, learned senior counsel for the respective petitioners in these two matters, candidly state that, the competency of the Central Bureau of Investigation to have investigated into the matter is no longer questioned more so in view of dismissal of S.L.P. (C) No. 18125/1994. Accordingly, that question is put to rest. 2. Issue notice returnable in six weeks on the question of sanction only. No interim relief at this stage.
