M. KATJU, J. The petitioners vehicle has been seized under Section 207 (1) of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2. The remedy of the petitioner is to file an application under Section 207 (2) of the Act to the authority mentioned in that provision, and if he does so, the said authority will dispose of the said applica tion in accordance with law within three weeks of the filing of the said application by a speaking order. 3. With these observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of. Petition disposed of. .
