JUDGMENT 1. They are heard on LA. 1020/97. 2. The appellant (here) has filed appeal before Commissioner (Appeals). The matter is still pending. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that there is no officer to look into the matter and he is not getting relief till some officer is appointed there. 3. Collector Bombay has been given charge of Commissioner (Appeals) -Indore. Thus there is authority who can look into the matter and decide it. 4. We, therefore, dispose of this appeal with the direction that appeal filed by the appellant (here) shall be decided within a period of two months from today. It is further made clear that the appellant shall be allowed to clear the goods on payment of duty as applicable today for the current goods. Arrears shall not be demanded till disposal of this appeal.
