J. B. Goel,j. (Oral) ( 1 ) THIS is a petition under section 14 of the Indian Arbitration Act, 1940 praying for directions to the Arbitrator respondent NO. 2 to file the Award and award proceedings. ( 2 ) THE Arbitrator Shri A. P. Paracer, Respondent No. 2 filed his award and award proceedings in this Court. ( 3 ) NOTICE of filing of the Award was given to both the parties. Notice was served on the petitioner on 20. 01. 1993 on respondent No. 1 and on the petitioner on 28. 10. 1996. Both the parties have not filed objections against the award. The stipulated period for filing the objections has also expired. ( 4 ) THERE is no error apparent on the face of the Award. The Award is made a rule of the Court. A decree is passed in terms of the Award. The original Award shall form part of the decree. ( 5 ) THE petitioner shall get interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of decree on the principal amount awarded by the Arbitrator.
