JUDGMENT : 1. List this petition for hearing on 29-7- 1997 at 3.30 P.M. 2. In the meantime learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of this petition upon the Central Bureau of Investigation, both at its office quarters, New Delhi and its office at Patna by tomorrow (26 7-97) along with a notice intimating the date and time of hearing. Registry is also directed to communicate this order to the CBI Head Quarters at new Delhi immediately. 3. Till the hearing of the petition, the petitioner may not be arrested, if not already arrested.
