JUDGMENT : 1. Learned Additional Solicitor General submits that the written statement of the Union of India would be filed within two weeks. The parties are required to file all the documents on which they rely together with affidavits within four weeks. The parties will furnish complete set of copies of the documents filed by them to the other parties. They would exchange notices, admissions and denials also, take all steps necessary at the pre-trial stage in the form of discovery, interrogatories, etc. so that the matter could be heard on the material so produced. The question whether any oral evidence is required to be adduced or any of the deponent of the affidavits is required to be called for cross-examination, would be considered at the next hearing. 2.
