JUDGMENT : 1. Writ Petition No. 758 of 1996 pending in this Court is an identical matter which has been treated as PIL and an amicus curiae has been appointed therein. There is no reason to entertain another writ petition as a PIL for the same purpose. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this petition stating that the petitioners would assist the amicus curiae in the matter which is pending in the Court. 2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
