JUDGMENT : 1. Heard in part. 2. Let the case be fixed on a non- miscellaneous day at No.1 in the cause-list. Registry to give the date. 3. Till then demolition of the aqua farms will not take place, but this order shall not imply any permission to any of the aqua- farms, which were required to be demolished, to carry on the aqua-culture activities in those farms by putting any fresh seeds hereafter.
