JUDGMENT : 1. We have pointed out to learned counsel for the petitioner that this public interest litigation raises political questions that must be politically resolved. Counsel proposes to' cite authorities of Constitution Benches of this Court to satisfy us that this Court has entertainer' political questions. We have declined, considering what is before us in this petition, to permit counsel to launch into a citation of decisions. The writ petition is dismissed.
