JUDGMENT : 1. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 12 indicating the number of consumers to whom refunds have been made. List of the consumers from whom the amounts had been received has also been 'attached with the affidavit. Before proceeding further in the matter, it appears appropriate to us, keeping in view the large number of consumers to whom refund has lI to be made to direct respondent No. 12 deposit the entire balance amount due as fund to the consumers in this Court within or weeks. Directions for disbursement of at amount shall be given by us after four weeks. 2. In the meantime respondent No. 12 shall also file a comprehensive affidavit indicting the amounts received by it from the dealers and the distributors together with the details of the amounts form each of the dealers and distributors. Mr. Sachar, learned Senior counsel, submits that respondent No. 12 has not refunded any amount to any distributor or dealer so far. 3. It shall also be indicated by an affidavit as to how many consumers have so far been refunded the amount and by what manner. 4. List after four weeks for directions.
