JUDGMENT : 1. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2, 3 and 4 and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7 both pray time for filing counter. Let such counter affidavit be filed within 10 days from today. Reply, if any, be filed within one week thereafter. List the matter three weeks hence. The petitioner in person has produced certain letters and other documents and has submitted that he is apprehensive that by force these documents may be taken away by some of the respondents. He has therefore prayed for safe custody of these documents. It is directed that the letters and other documents intended to be kept in safe custody should be put in a sealed-cover by the petitioner and handed over to the Registrar General of this Court. The Registrar General is directed to keep such documents in a safe custody. The respondents 3, 4 and 5 are also directed to ensure personal security of the petitioner and his family members until further orders from this Court.
