JUDGMENT : 1. Leave granted. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Since the petition filed by the appellant for regular bail is due to be heard by the High Court on September 8, 1997, we dispose of this appeal with this direction that the appellant be not arrested till September 10, 1997, by which date, expectedly, the above petition would be disposed of. By way of abundant caution we place on record that in issuing the above direction we have not gone into the merits of the case.
