Honble TIWARI, J.–Learned counsel submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted final report, but the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against six persons and assigned non-bailable warrants against the petitioners. Other four persons have already been given benefit of anticipatory bail. (2). I have gone through the statements recorded under Sections 200 and 202 IPC. Injuries by sharp edged weapon are attributed to Prabhu and Ramniwas who have been given benefit of anticipatory bail. (3). Looking to all these facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerning court on or before 10th December, 1997. If they do so, they may be released on bail provi- ded each of them furnishes his personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. (4). If the petitioners fail to appear before the trial Court by 10th December, 1997, this order will be recalled.
