JUDGMENT : 1. It is clarified that the order of this Court dated 6th December, 1996 in I.A. No. 34 does not stand in the way of holding the Circus as it is usually held in the Red Fort area on the ground in which it is traditionally held. It is further made clear that the Circus authority must comply with all the statutory requirements. The I.As. are disposed of.
