JUDGMENT : 1. Let this petition come up for hearing after three weeks. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the respondent may file a detailed affidavit as prayed for. Pending disposal of this petition, there will be stay of the impugned order dated 20.6.1997, so far as it directed that the petitioner can interrogate the respondent only at Calcutta and also stayed his arrest till the applications pending in the High Court are disposed of. We further direct that until further orders of this Court, the High Court should not entertain any petition relating to this matter. Order accordingly.
