ORDER The matter was heard for some time. The learned counsel for the Central Government seeks time to file an affidavit giving the present stage of the matter and learned counsel for the State of Bihar, Mr B.B. Singh, also wants time to look into the matter. The matter is adjourned to 17-11-1997. In the meanwhile, steps will be taken to strictly comply with the earlier order dated 12-8-1997 and any pleadings hereafter filed in the Registry must contain 40 copies and the Registry will supply copies to the learned counsel appearing for each State. On payment of costs of Mr B.B. Singh, learned counsel for the State of Bihar, the Registry will supply Photostat copy of the documents required by him. Court Masters
