JUDGMENT : 1. It is common ground before us that the decision of this Court in Geep Industrial Syndicate Limited v. Collector of Central Excise, ( 1997 (90) ELT 271 (SC)) which related to the same assessee to an earlier period concludes the point in favour of the appellant-assessee. That being so, following that decision, the appeals are allowed. 2. No costs.
