JUDGMENT : 1. It is necessary to know the response of the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh which has not yet been indicated. The Govt. of UP should indicate its consent of investigation being made by the CBI to enable us to decide the further necessary action to be taken by the Court in view of the very serious nature of the allegations appearing from the record, including notes of the Director, CBI - Annexures R-7/5 & R-7/6 (Pages 115 & 116 of the Paper Book), within two weeks.
