M. KATJU, J. By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of man damus restraining the respondents from shifting the venue of the School. In my opinion, this is a frivolous writ petition. A writ of mandamus lies when there is some violation of law by some public authority. A writ cannot be issued for preventing shifting of a school from one venue to other venue. There is no force in this petition. It is dis missed. Petition dismissed. .
