JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. On consideration of the FIR as well as contents of the petition and as also the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though, presently it would be quite pre-mature to hold that police agency in connivance with the informant Babu Khan, has falsely booked accused-petitioner for commission of the alleged offences, but, however, anticipatory bail for an interim period is just & proper. Accordingly, it is ordered that accused-petitioner shall not be arrested during the period of one month following from the date of this order in FIR No. 634/96 of P.S. City Kotwali, Bhilwara. In case, he is arrested during the aforesaid period by the I.O./SHO in the aforesaid FIR, he shall be released on execdtion of bail bonds in the sums of Rs. 10,000 /- each thereby undertaking to abide by the conditions as are laid down under section 438, Cr.P.C. Meanwhile, if so advised, he may move for regular bail in regular Court. 3. The petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order may be sent to the SHO/I0 concerned.Bail granted. *******
