JUDGMENT : 1. By consent of the counsel aforementioned and the writ petitioner in person, the following order is passed: 2. The order dated 19.2.1996 in Civil Appeal No. 3769 of 1996 and connected matters operates and shall continue to operate pending the disposal of these Civil Appeals, notwithstanding the orders dated 8.7.1996 and 30.11.1996 in Writ Petition No. 4677 of 1985. 3. The writ petitioner shall be at liberty to bring to the notice of the bench hearing the Civil Appeals the orders on the Writ Petition and to move for expeditious disposal of the Civil Appeals. 4.
