JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. R.C. Suneja is present in person today. Mr. R.K. Anand appears for him. A copy of the Report of Sabarya Commission shall be served upon him today. The matter will he taken up on Friday, February 7, 1997. Meanwhile Mr. Suneja will also file an affidavit setting out the properties held by him, his wife and his children and also disclose the interest held by him in companies/firms, as the case may be, in his name, his wife's name and in the name of his children.
