JUDGMENT 1. - Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned P.P. for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further contended that since the recovery of the liquor allegedly being sold illicitly at the spot was already affected and no further recovery remains to be made. Accordingly, the petitioner may be allowed to be released on bail. 3. Learned P.P. has opposed this vehemently looking to the nature of the offence. 4. On perusal and consideration of the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case accused-petitioner put his appearance before the trial Court within five days from the date of this order and furnishes bail bonds in the sums of Rs. 50,000/-each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, he shall be released on bail. However, he shall further give specific undertaking before the trial Court that he shall not carry on business of wine in contravention of terms and conditions of the licence granted to him.Bail granted. *******
