JUDGMENT - VISHNU SAHAI, J.:---Heard Mr. S.R. Borulkar. By this Criminal revision application, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 8-9-92, passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Wada, in Summary Case No. 57 of 91, discharging the respondent for offences punishable under sections 26(F) and 41(6) of the Indian Forest Act. 2.After perusing the order and keeping in mind the larger considerations of justice like the incident being nearly 7 years old and the sentence which would be awarded to the respondent even if he is convicted, I am of the view, that no case for interference is made out with the impugned order. 3.Accordingly, this revision is dismissed and Rule is discharged. ********
