JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated October 23, 1992 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4323/1992. 2. It appears that during the pendency of trial, the petitioner failed to appear in the trial court on November 20, 1995 hence his bail was cancelled by the trial Judge. Subsequently, the petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 20th January, 1997 and he is in custody since then. His application for grant of bail was rejected by trial court. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I think it proper to release the petitioner on bail but on certain conditions. 4. It is, therefore, directed that the accused petitioner Ravi Kulshrestha s/o Ravinder may be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties in the amount of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation that on all subsequent dates of hearing he shall appear in the trial court or any other court during the pendency of trial of the case against him. It is further directed that in case he fails to appear on any date without any sufficient cause in future then the trial court shall be free to cancel his bail and in that situation, he shall not be released on bail till the trial of the case is completed. 5.
