JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Venugopal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Salve, learned counsel for respondent No.4 - Kalp Nath Rai, undertake to furnish list of documents which they want the Central Government to make available to the parties for their inspection and examination by the court. This be done within two weeks. Response be filed within four weeks thereafter. 2. Learned Attorney General further submits that in the meantime he will also take instruction to inform the court of the action taken and proposed to be taken by the Government on the Gian Prakash Report. 3. List the matter on 8.4.97.
