ORDER 1. Shri F.S. Nariman, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of this petition is not to assail the correctness of the decision of the Delhi High Court dated 23-5-1996 Sudesh Jhaku v. K. C.J.1 against which the special leave petition has been dismissed but is to focus attention on the existing Sections 375/376 IPC and its true interpretation in the current State of the Society. The emphasis is primarily on this aspect of the matter. He, therefore, also prays for permission to amend the petition by inserting clause (n) in para 10 of the petition in the manner indicated. The permission is granted to amend the petition accordingly. 2. Issue notice. Court Masters
