JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. After going through the impugned judgment under appeal and statement of witnesses specially that of PW 10 Raghuveer Singh, who was Officer Incharge of raiding party, this is just and proper that this petition be accepted and appellant-petitioner be released on bail during the pendency of this appeal and the impugned order of sentence be kept under suspension. 3. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner be enlarged on bail and his sentence shall remain suspended during the pendency of this appeal provided he furnishes bail bonds in the sums of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court for his appearance in this main appeal before this Court on 14.5.1997 and on all the dates subsequent whenever called upon to do so.The petition stands disposed of, as above.Bail granted pending appeal. *******
