JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. This Court vide order dated 27.9.1996 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner till challan is presented. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate was on leave for quite some time and the challan was presented in absence of the petitioner, without any notice to her. He has prayed that 15 days time may be given. 3. Learned P.P. has not opposed it. 4. Looking to all the facts and circumstances, it is ordered that the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner will continue for 15 days from today. In the meantime the petitioner shall submit regular bail application before the trial Court. If the trial Court refuses the bail to the petitioner then the accused-petitioner will not be arrested for a period of ten days thereafter so that she may approach the higher Court for grant of bail. The trial Court will decide the bail application without being prejudiced by the order granting anticipatory bail or the order passed by the High Court.The petition is disposed of accordingly.Application allowed. *******
