Judgment :- The Writ Petition is for the Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to allot the unfilled seats in S.C., OBC. quota to the petitioner in the M.L. Degree Course in Branch-4 or Branch-5 in the Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College. Learned Government Advocate produced before the Court proceedings dated 1.4.1997 in No. 10310/L8/97 whereunder, the Government concedes the request of the petitioner to accommodate her in the unfilled seats reserved for SC., ST.M.B.C., candidates in the M.L. Degree Course in the academic year 1996-1997. So far as the subject of the M.L. Course, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for allotment in Branch-5 subjects. I am unable to decide whether Branch-5 subjects are available in the M.L. Degree course. Therefore, the respondents are hereby directed to accommodate the petitioner herein in any of the branches and to the extent possible in the branch sought for by the petitioner. The Writ Petition is ordered in the above terms. Consequently WMP. No. 6387/97 is dismissed.
