ORDER 1. There is no time available today to hear these matters. We, therefore, direct that these cases be listed on 20-1-1997 at 2.00 p.m. 2. Meanwhile, the CBI would proceed to do the needful according to their understanding of our orders and to produce the report accordingly before the High Court on that basis on the date fixed by the High Court for the purpose.
