JUDGMENT They are heard. We have perused the record. The order-sheet dated 8.6.1995 of the Single Bench does to disclose that a letter petition was received in the Court. Before the learned Single Bench a prayer was made that this letter petition be treated as review or it be treated as L.P.A. In view of the prayer, it was required to be placed before the Division Bench. The Office has, however, registered the matter as L.P.A. whereas under the Notification dated 8.4.91 of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, the letters petitions are not to be registered at the Benches of the High Court and are required to be placed only at the main seat. As such, the present petition shall not be treated as L.P.A. as it could not be so registered by the Office and the record of the matter shall be sent to the Main seat for proper orders.
