ORDER 1. The questions of law raised in this petition under Article 32 of the a Constitution of India are in the abstract. It would be more appropriate to examine the same in a case in which the question/questions arise on the facts thereof. There is thus no occasion to entertain this writ petition at the behest of the NGO to consider the validity of an enactment in the abstract. 2. The writ petition is dismissed. Court Masters
