JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the learned Attorney General and the learned Amicus Curiae Shri Anil B. Divan. 2. The learned Attorney General states that a complete Status Report in respect of all matters pertaining to all the concerned Departments would be filed on or before 18th April, 1997. The learned Attorney General and the learned amicus curiae also submit that the broad points which are involved in the present case would be formulated and drafts of the same submitted by 18th April, 1997.
