JUDGMENT : 1. After Dr. Rajiv Dhawan was heard for some time, he prayed for permission to confine the writ petition only to relief No. 2 and the first part of relief No. 7 marked `A' to `A'. He is permitted to amend the amended writ petition by deleting the remaining prayers in the prayer clause. 2. Issue notice confined to the aforesaid relief No. 2 and the portion marked `A' to `A' in relief No. 7 of the prayer clause.
