JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel and perused the case diary/challan papers. 2. The accused petitioner Salim has been in jail for the last ten months and even the co-accused have been ordered to be released on bail by the learned trial Court. In these circumstances, I see no reason to take a different view in the matter. 3. In these circumstances, this bail application is allowed and accused-petitioner Salim is ordered to be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- together with two surieties of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for his appearance during trial as and when called upon to do so.Bail Granted. *******
