JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Rajinder Sachar, learned counsel for respondent No. 12 submits that refunds are being made by respondent No. 12 to the consumers and the process is likely to be completed soon. It is, therefore, appropriate that we defer consideration of the other aspects of the matter for the time being. Respondent No. 12 would file before the next date of hearing, a complete list giving particulars of the consumers (dealer and State-wise) to whom refund is made including the amount refunded. 2.
