(1) CIVIL No. 2927 of 1989 - We have read the judgment of the Customs, Excise and Gold (Control) Appellate tribunal under appeal and are satisfied that no interference whatsoever is called for with the finding that food colours are classifiable under Tariff Entry 21.07, being "edible preparations, not elsewhere specified or included".
