(1) BY order dated 3/4/98 we had directed the State of Haryana to furnish the names and addresses of the crusher owners who were allotted 162 plots for the construction of dwelling units for the workers. In response to that direction, a list of 153 crusher owners has been furnished. Let notices be issued to those 153 crusher owners. The notices shall be served on them through the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Faridabad. The notices shall call upon each crusher owner to show cause why an order be not passed for cancellation of the allotment of sites made in their favour for the purpose of constructing dwelling units for the workmen which has not been done. The notices shall be returnable on 28/10/98. (2) IN the meanwhile, the State of Haryana shall also file a sketch map indicating the location of the 18 "Deras" as also the existing facilities available therein, such as, schools, primary health centres and ration shops and their respective distances from the "Deras". (3) LIST on 28/10/98. (4) MR. Panigrahi, District Magistrate, Faridabad, shall appear in person on that date.
