ORDER Nanavati, J. 1. The facts of this case are almost identical with the facts of Criminal Appeal No. 568/98 except that the appellant of this appeal was found in possession of one 303 rifle bearing No. BT 12517 and 4 live cartridges. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant has raised the same contention in this appeal. For the reasons recorded in Crl.A No. 568/98, they are all rejected and the appeal is dismissed.
