JUDGMENT : Report of the Expert Commissioner has been submitted. Copies of the Report shall be furnished to learned counsel for the parties on payment. The parties may file any suggestion with regard to the Report within four weeks. List alongwith I.A. Nos. 1 and 2. 2. The Expert Commissioner has addressed a letter to the Assistant Registrar of this Court bearing No. 15/18/(sic) NIH/ DIR dated 29th October 1998. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we direct that apart from the amount of cost and expenses already paid to the Expert he shall be paid a fee of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) for the work already undertaken. The amount shall be paid in equal shares by both the parties. 3. Till further orders from this Court, it is directed that the erection of crest gates at Almatti dam will not begin till "end of January 1999. Post the matter in January 1999". Order accordingly.
