(2) WE heard learned counsel for the petitioneR.According to us the dismissal of the habeas corpus petition as was done by the High court will not prejudice the right of the petitioner to move for other appropriate remedies to get the allegations investigated into. Nothing else can be done by this court on this Special Leave Petition. Accordingly, we dismiss this Special Leave Petition.
