JUDGMENT : 1. This writ petition, said to be filed in public interest, is misconceived. Learned counsel's prayer also is that the first petitioner should be protected, for he has had to go underground because of threats. If so, he must seek appropriate redress; there is not a word in the prayers of the petition about this. 2. The writ petition is dismissed. 3. The application for redress in another forum in regard to the principal prayers of this writ petition is, in the circumstances, refused.
